As our items are a mixture of pre-loved as well as new, and all measurements are provided, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty, damaged during shipment, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us unworn. Items are faulty if they are received damaged or incorrectly shipped. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or do not fit as expected, are not considered to be faulty. A full refund and shipping label will be provided (at times an item may not be requested to be returned) upon receipt of the damaged item.
Ready to ship items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Currently item(s) may not be exchanged; we ask you to place a new order with us online where multiple sizes are offered.
Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached where applicable. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Utilize the provided postage to ship the item(s) back to Stylized Thrift
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
